These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") govern the relationship between 9999wn (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us" or "our") and any individual who accesses, registers on or uses the services available at https://9999wn.cam (the "Site").

In these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

Age Verification: 9999wn reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify your age. Any winnings or withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory age verification. If a User is found to be underage, all funds deposited and any associated winnings will be forfeited and the Account permanently closed.
To access real-money Services, you are required to register an Account by completing the registration form on the Site and providing accurate, current and complete information in all mandatory fields, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number.
Each individual may hold only one Account on the 9999wn platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any duplicate accounts detected will be closed and all associated balances, bonuses and winnings may be voided.
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point. If your personal details change, you must promptly update your Account information. 9999wn accepts no liability for consequences arising from inaccurate, outdated or misleading registration information provided by the User.
9999wn reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time, including but not limited to: a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your Account and forfeiture of pending withdrawals in accordance with applicable anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering policies.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You agree to:
9999wn will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your Account prior to notification of unauthorised access will be considered your responsibility.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available as an additional security measure. 9999wn strongly recommends enabling 2FA within your Account security settings.
All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by 9999wn at the time of the transaction, as displayed in the platform cashier. Deposits are credited to your Account in PKR where supported. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier interface.
Familiar Pakistani payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced on the platform for contextual familiarity only. An Account shall be considered dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal or real-money wager has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee as permitted by applicable law and as disclosed in the Account settings. Users will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions and other incentives offered by 9999wn are subject to this Section and to the specific terms accompanying each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence over this general clause.
9999wn reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate Accounts, where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, or systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
The following general rules apply to all betting and wagering activity on 9999wn. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the relevant sections of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9999wn platform. Breach of this Section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of all funds:
All content on the 9999wn platform — including but not limited to the Site design, layout, graphics, software, text, logos, trademarks and game content supplied by third-party studios — is the property of 9999wn or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from the Site without the prior written consent of 9999wn.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9999wn shall not be liable to you for any of the following:

Pending withdrawal requests at the time of account closure will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy, subject to KYC completion and any applicable bonus conditions being met.
9999wn reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or through a prominent notice on the Site prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is stated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.2.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or licensed, as applicable. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or bet, the records maintained by 9999wn's gaming system shall be the definitive reference, except in cases of verified technical error. Disputes must be raised with the support team within thirty (30) days of the relevant event occurring.
